TJ Modi, Founder and CEO

TJ has over 22 years of combined experience in executive management, information technology, and entrepreneurship. Prior to establishing MonetizeMedia, TJ was the Co-Founder and CEO of InterBase Corporation, a global information technology and services company that he helped to grow from start-up to its current size of over $5 million in annual revenues. In addition to identifying and closing sales deals with major clients such as Cisco Systems, Deutsche Bank, and the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority, TJ also trained the firm’s marketing staff and managed funding activities. Before that, he was among the first ten employees at Strategic Information Group, where he assessed and expanded sales markets, managed client contracts, and played an instrumental role in growing annual revenues from $1 million to $15 million. TJ has a Masters in Computer Science and Bachelors in Electronics from Gujarat University in India.

Darshan Sedani, Director of Operations

Darshan holds fourteen years of experience in online media technologies He worked as senior executive for California based Interbase Corporation & Koyo Graphic international and worked on higher end streaming media solutions for US and Japanese client base. Earlier Darshan also served as the Chief Technical Officer of Brainbow Computech Pvt. Ltd, an offshore development company in India for which he implemented an outsourcing work model with clients in the United States and United Kingdom and worked extensively for large live online sports events projects like Cricket World cup, FIFA projects. His project portfolio includes impressive clientele like NASA, Bandai Inc, Clarion Inc., Pioneer, Sanyo etc. Darshan earned his Bachelors in Computer Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth University, one of the largest educational institutions in India.

K. Kanthasamy, Director of Technology

Kanthasamy brings eighteen years of information technology and software development experience, most recently as a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of .net Technologies Company, a business process automation company specializing in .NET and Java Web services. Prior to that, he worked at InterBase Corporation as a Senior Manager and Chief Software Architect and Designer. Kanthasamy has also served as a Chief Software Architect and Designer with global leaders of enterprise simulation solutions, on their implementation of its scalable cross-platform development frameworks, and Boeing, on the Web system of its fifteen billion dollar Future Combat Systems program in conjunction with the United States Department of Defense. Additionally, he did Project Management for IT Outsourcing in the United Kingdom and taught .NET courses at California State University, Fullerton and the University of California, Irvine. Kuna has obtained developer certifications from both Microsoft and Sun, and he earned his Masters in Computer Science and Bachelors in Software Engineering from the University of London and MBA from London Business School.
